Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including rostering, staff training and development, quality control, customer service, assessing and managing customer satisfaction, and overseeing product procurement and reservations.
Salary: $ 70,000-$75,000 depending on experience
Required Skills and Experience:
Diploma of Hospitality Management plus 2 years' experience in a similar role, or 3 years' experience in a related field.
Proficiency in communication and computer literacy.
Exceptional customer service skills with acute attention to detail.
Proven experience in staff training and development.
Comprehensive knowledge of wine and beverage service.
