 Reporting to  the Head of Sales- Health and Personal Care and Processed Foods, you will:

• Ensure that the customer base is served including   management of customer relationship, accurate and timely orders/forecasting/inventory/slow stock management and development of new product and business opportunities with both new and existing customers
• Develop and maintain Account Plans for customers
• Conduct regular customer business review meetings
• Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies 
• Prepare and present detailed reporting and analysis on business activities, 
• Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business
• Develop and update the sales plan to achieve the sales budget for the allocated accounts
• Preparing weekly forecasts as to the current and future months’ forecast sales for allocated accounts
• Represent the customer's "voice" within the business and ensuring that their experience throughout PACT is aligned with the strategic importance of the account

About you

You are a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Developer, with extensive recent experience with D365 CE but equally familiar with the heritage of the previous on-premise versions. Importantly, you will also be someone comfortable away from the code and will understand the distinction between the role of a Consultant versus someone who is just a Developer and we’d expect you will have a track record that demonstrates your capabilities in this capacity as this role will be key in the delivery of complex, enterprise level outcomes for med-large scale public and private sector organisations. You will be someone who projects confidence in their technical abilities and who is comfortable and articulate when engaging with customers directly where you will conduct yourself always in a commercially savvy and professional manner.

What you’ll bring

• Able to show extensive experience with D365 CE as well as previous Dynamics CRM versions.
• Solid knowledge of the application of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing while Field Service, Power Apps Portal experience highly desirable.
• Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS and Azure technologies. Kingsway Soft, Scribe highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of data migration methods.
• Advanced understanding of integration concepts.
• Experience in the range of typical delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to be an active contributor in customer workshops. Experience and comfort in establishing working rapport with business and technical customers.
• Experience gathering technical requirements, solutioning and producing quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of integrated business platforms
• Ability to manage your time effectively in a self-driven agile environment.

• Provide support on complex Energy and Power accounts
• Develop tailored renewal and placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement and Advisory Leader

What you need to have: 
 

• Minimum 5 years of general lines broking experience
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge and application of broking principles, client reports/proposals, and renewals
• A commitment to providing high-level client service that exceeds expectations.
