Mustard Creative is currently on the hunt for a Creative Services Manager to join our team.
The Role.
Our Creative Services Manager is a critical role like no other within the team. As the connector across all our internal teams, this role ensures on time and accurate delivery of creative assets as well as adding ‘that special something’ to the team culture.
Your blend of exceptional project management skills and stakeholder relationships will be the key to succeeding in this role.
Key Accountabilities include:
Ensure effective allocation of resources to deliver outcomes efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external resources.
Oversee scoping and quoting of projects across the agency to increase conversion.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting.
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.

You are passionate about the needs of others and support them to help get their work done.
You have a passion for building relationships internally and externally - understanding that the key to success is having all key stakeholders on the same page.
You will bring client service experience, across all channels.
You are a maestro problem solver and do not shy away from managing multiple projects at once with a unique blend of proactive energy and sense of calm.
You have the ability to manage multiple productions at once, prioritise and deliver on key milestones and on budget
Great project management experience coupled with knowledge of traffic, production and creative processes.
Outstanding attention to detail paired with problem solving and a ‘can do’ approach.
