Job description
We're looking for a hands-on team player who is able to work across a range of clients/projects simultaneously, leading their portfolio of work with pride and autonomy. You will be responsible for the management of your clients’ projects from inception through to campaign execution.

Whether it's a branding project, integrated campaign roll out, content creation, packaging or social campaigns, you are proficient in promoting ideas and helping businesses realise their objectives across a broad range of media touchpoints. Most importantly, it's your proactivity, positive vibes and commitment to getting the work done that people enjoy most about working with you.

If you’re someone who thrives on working across a variety of clients, just as much as you enjoy impressing clients with your creative problem solving, project management skills and consistency in meeting deadlines - this could be the role for you.

About you

We are looking for an Account Director with significant integrated account management experience and new business development who loves selling and finding innovative ways to engage with prospective clients.

Experience in digital, ATL, social and/or POS will be looked upon favourably, as will experience working with retail and FMCG clients.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

Experience leading a small team; and keen to keep evolving their leadership skills
Budgeting, planning and project management skills; running your clients WIPs
Experience designing, delivering and leading new business pitches to prospective clients
Mastery of time management - you pride yourself in delivering high quality and can effectively juggle multiple projects with competing priorities with poise and ease
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, from creatives to executive level stakeholders and suppliers
You are patient, persistent, and highly proactive.
Pride yourself on teaching and coaching your team to get the very best out of your direct reports
Good understanding of digital and social media (working alongside digital specialists)
Media experience would be advantageous (but not essential)

We are looking for someone with a friendly, personable and easy-going nature, who is able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You are able to provide direction and manage others in a collaborative way to deliver brilliant work for our clients, whilst maintaining a flexible and calm attitude.

You are confident in establishing and developing new relationships and have an eagerness to grow within the business and expand your portfolio of clients. Your ability to think both strategically and creatively will see you excel in this role.
