We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is very hands-on and will use their strengths to coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Front Office department whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day.
What you will be doing?
- Heavily involved in daily operations and coordination of the Front Office Team.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Responds to guest feedback and provide relevant action and follow up.
- Be flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and overnights (if necessary) across the 7 days to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.
