This role will work within the ANZ team. Most of the team are based on Sydney but we are open to great talent where-ever they are based within Australia. At ServiceNow, we take our campaigns to the next level to engage and drive demand generation across the Now Platform capabilities and target industries. This role will be responsible to manage and design compelling industry and solution go-to-market strategies for Government and Healthcare industries to drive awareness, consideration and purchase. This will involve working hand-in-hand with the local sales team, APJ and global teams to drive business outcomes and achieve pipeline targets. 

This role takes the lead on campaigns, orchestrating the efforts of a cross-functional team of marketers to curate and execute targeted, integrated marketing campaigns and content.

Collaborate with Global & APAC Integrated Campaigns team, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales to maximise impact and results.

This is a rare opportunity for a suitably qualified Marketing Manager to join our Retail Real Estate Management team based at either Kincumber Village or a more suitable Client office. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing all centre marketing and promotional activities to assist with increasing sales as well as engaging with the community while promoting positive and productive retailer relationships.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a yearly marketing calendar of promotions and other marketing activities to maximize traffic through the centres and from this develop maximum sales to individual tenants.
• Design and implement specific and targeted campaigns that will drive customer traffic and sales.
• Provide a high level of retailer engagement support to Centre Managers.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns and results and report on activity in monthly management report.
• Maintain relationships with local media, other suppliers and local community groups and be actively involved in community events on behalf of the centres.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets for each of the centres.
• Assist the Client with development of it’s Portfolio Marketing strategy by providing expert advice and insights.
• Management of the Marketing Team (currently 1 Marketing & Community Coordinator).

The Sales & Administration Coordinator is responsible for the first point of contact with the CTS business and will provide administrative support across the organization.

The role includes handling the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

In addition, the administration of compliance and the registration of vehicle forms part of the roles function and is an integral part of the Sales Operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages

· Greeting customers to the Dealership

· Keeping waiting area clean and ensuring coffee/tea facilities are available

· Providing a full range of reception services, including meeting and greeting of visitors whilst maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment for visitors

· Assisting with office organisation

· Preparing and processing vehicle registrations and transfers.

· Generating vehicle delivery documents.

· Check client paperwork is compliant with industry regulations.

· Review and maintain registration and internal documentation whilst ensuring they are compliant and accurate.
