As Procore embarks on the next phase of growth we are looking for a Sales Development Manager that will lead a team of SDRs to help win the Enterprise segment in ANZ. You will partner cross functionally to execute a successful enterprise prospecting strategy that delivers quality pipeline to our team of Account Executives. Implementing industry specific Sales Plays that target the different sub verticals will be key to ensuring a scalable pipeline strategy across our ANZ enterprise territory.
This position will report to the Director, Sales Development and will be based in our Sydney office.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a small team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate high quality sales opportunities that result in Closed Won ARR for Procore in region.
- Collaborate cross functionally with our enterprise selling team consisting of Sales Director, Account Executives, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing & Product Specialists
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with SDRs to elevate their mastery in SDR & career progression to future roles
- Exceed quarterly team quotas for pipeline & ARR and provide timely and accurate forecasts to Sales and SDR Leadership
- Provide training and support to the SDR team to better understand the Sales Development role, Procore’s products (industry, market, proposition), and best practices for outbound prospecting in enterprise.
- Educate & inspire SDRs to build a career in tech and Procore
- Implement optimisation initiatives that lead to productivity and efficiency gains across sales stage conversions, average sales price, sales cycle & close rates
- Work with other SDR Managers, SDR Director & Sales Coach in region to achieve mutual success for ANZ.
