Responsibilities

• Grow the overall Autodesk Tandem business in your territory through developing and executing a business plan and growth strategies to achieve team sales and revenue objectives

• Qualify inbound leads and identify expansion opportunities across existing Autodesk customers

• Collaborate with the broader Autodesk teams to create and drive opportunities within our prioritised target industries and segments

• Partner with Customer Success to align on customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Tandem

• Develop and lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative, compelling and customer outcome centered

• Deliver on quarterly and yearly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to leadership

• Develop sales collateral in a variety of formats to share and conduct training sessions with the broader Autodesk sales teams

• Utilise sales and CRM tools to optimise your customer engagement strategy and effectiveness

• Stay up to date on current industry news, trends, and competitors

• Partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into workflow solutions and best practices

• Attend and support trade shows and events as needed

• Travel to key customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings as requested

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers (Smart Building Technology and/or AEC-O industry strongly preferred)

• 5+ Years of software sales experience in quota carrying roles

• Strong work ethic, highly adaptable, goal and results oriented

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively both in person and remotely with our Global direct and indirect sales teams

• Estimated travel for this position is between 10-20%

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an APAC Brand Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Marketing team to own, support and execute the global brand strategy across the region (primarily Australia & New Zealand). 

As the brand expert for APAC, you will work closely with other marketing teams such as ANZ Field, Industry and Product Marketing, global brand and audience teams, and external vendors as required.

You will report directly to the VP of Brand Marketing. This full-time position is a hybrid, hands-on role based in our Sydney office and requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. Working out of our office based in Sydney, the Sales and Business Development Associate will focus on developing new business and ensuring growth of new accounts to achieve sales quota. Duties and Responsibilities:

About the Role

The Marketing Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Ofload’s marketing team to drive the growth of the Ofload brand. This newly created role sits within our commercial team, which is an essential part of the future growth success of Ofload. The ideal candidate for the Onboarding Strategic Sales Manager role is a sales professional who is well-versed in a multitude of sales strategies, methodologies, and seller profiles.  This role will work alongside other enablement individuals and frontline managers to understand and strengthen the skill sets of our newest sellers through robust coaching programs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Be part of the team that manages, develops and administers the onboarding program for new sales reps (specifically “Flight School”) that effectively engages, teaches and encourages positive behavior from sales reps

• Maintain fluency with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty Program
• Provide efficient, friendly & professional service to all guests
• Be the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiries
• Liaise with the relevant Hotels to ensure that you we can deliver on service requests
