As a Regional Sales Manager at Dendra Systems, you will be responsible for driving sales in your assigned region and achieving revenue targets. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base and increasing market share.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing impressive tender submissions and proposals to secure new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with our valued customers and partners to create project plans that align with everyone's goals. Your primary focus will be achieving specific targets and objectives for both existing and new clients. You'll also play a crucial role in providing the business with accurate monthly sales updates and forecasts. Additionally, you'll be expected to exceed quarterly and annual targets, driving our success to new heights.

●       Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, with focus on short term as long term sales.

●       Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, driving sales initiatives to secure business restoring large-scale land regeneration

●       Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

●       Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

●       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

●       Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

●       Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

●       Represent Dendra Systems at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Essential

●       Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

●       Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

●       Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

●       Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

●       Self-motivated and results-oriented.

●       Ability to work independently and in a team.

●       Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

●       Proficient in using CRM tools.

Preferred

●       Familiarity with the sustainability or environmental industry.

●       Strong network and connections in the assigned region.
