I am recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Sales Administrator position for a well-established, global Retail/Tech organisation based in Rhodes. This company is looking for a candidate that can provide exceptional administrative support to the National sales manager and sales team, management data entry and integrity within Salesforce, and Vendor Central platforms. This organisation is located only a 100m walk from the nearest train station, and WFH flexibility is also provided. Your new role
Collation of weekly sales reports, including revenue vs budget, estimation and competitive activities for all national customers and export regions.
Backorder reporting with supply updates for key dealers weekly.
Consolidating quarterly sales and promotional initiatives into a PowerPoint presentation.
Retrieving raw data from systems (e.g., Qliksense, SAP, Salesforce) and configuring reports for distribution to support weekly sales meetings and activities.
Prepare promotional compliance reports
Ensure timely completion of reports requested by the National Sales Manager
Ensure an up-to-date annual promotional plan is maintained, inclusive of retailer timeliness
Data entry management for sales force / Vendor central platforms aligned with approved activity.
In conjunction with the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring content creation timelines, for retailer catalogues and promotion opportunities are achieved. What you'll need to succeed
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Previous experience within the FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry would be desired but not essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Have the ability to keep track of your daily tasks What you'll get in return
