Crown Equipment is currently seeking an individual to join the technology team based in our Perth location as a Technology Solutions Advisor. The Technology Solutions Advisor will utilise telematics data to assist customers with the most appropriate technology products for their application. In this role, you will be solution orientated, joining our APAC team working with a variety of 3PL, retail, FMCG, pharmaceutical, grocery, manufacturing, production, and defence customers to provide unique offerings for their applications within Crown’s technology portfolio. You will work with a team including support, project management, and account management to bring these solutions to realisation.

Responsibilities & Duties Include

• Retain & develop existing technology products business through customer site visits.
• Communicate key data points for quarterly business reviews to local Crown Account Manager 
• Build relationships with customers, building trust to ensure a solid foundation for presenting data-based findings. 
• Attend customer sites and present the technology product range where necessary. 
• Work with the existing customer base to transition them to the most suitable technology product offering for their needs. 
• Attend product training sessions & maintain a high level of Crown product & industry knowledge. 
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation. 

Skills & Experience

• Intermediate computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer Service experience is desired
• Administration experience 
• Strong organisational skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to travel up to 1 - 2 weeks per month for customer meetings as required from time to time

The role initially involves supporting our customers in sales activities across APAC. The role of Release Product Manager is to be product focused, rather than project focused, and act as the point of reference for all major and minor software releases. A natural team player you will display excellent communication skills as well as demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across Agile based Scrum teams.

Your toolkit for success:

• Exposure to working in project delivery roles including experience working with closely with customers.
• Demonstrable understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within teams comprising of project managers, software developers, systems and infrastructure engineers and technical support staff.
• Ideally experience with a combination of the following; Confluence, Jira, Git, Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Project and related collaborative document management using SharePoint.
• Experience with Intelligent Traffic System (ITS) industry experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.
