The Associate Product Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our product management and business analysis functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, sales, marketing and customer service, to drive product innovation and business growth.

• Supports broader Product Team with gathering and writing requirements, features, product strategy, design, prioritising and planning and roadmaps to champion customer needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies. Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to drive project execution and the delivery of products to market.
• Identify and investigate reported bugs or issues related to our products or platforms. Work closely with development to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and conducting user acceptance testing as required.
• Collate, support and understand customer insights and research.
• Drive continuous product optimisation, while building and maintaining processes which support delivery of our products.
• Develop your position as an expert of the product, competitive landscape and customers of your product.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Associate Director of Sales will drive the Corporate sales strategy of the hotel, maximise revenue opportunities and achieve a reputation as a market leader in the industry. 

Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):

• Develop, maintain and manage strong relationships with key clients to ensure market share growth across the Corporate market
• Work closely with the Commercial Director to achieve corporate rooms revenue and meetings budgets
• Utilise all resources to identify and assess new business opportunities
• Set and deliver strategy in conjunction with the leadership team to ensure annual corporate room night/revenue objects are exceeded
• Implementation of sales call plan to promote the growth of existing accounts
• Conduct famils and appropriate treatment of VIP clients to establish relationships and maximise all sales opportunities 

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager / Associate Director - Mechanical & Electrical, to join our team in our Caberra office. Supporting our clients to deliver projects and programs for Defence projects.
• The position will be to lead on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) specific deliverables within a larger project or leading direct M&E commissions, such as asset upgrade works.
• The individual must be self-motivated and Client facing (both internal & external) with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients. This will involve establishing early budgets, early estimating, and cost planning, tendering and procurement and post contract duties.
• The role will also include management of other Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the M&E.
• A good knowledge of M&E systems and supply chain is fundamental with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives, projects, budget adherence
• Taking ownership of department deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to  AML, Data Governance and Outsourcing
• Managing the client integration process and ensuring the experience is professional and positive for all parties involved.
• Manage as appropriate any sensitive or escalated queries/concerns from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments adhering to a high quality standard.     
• Manage and own the individual performance of direct and indirect reports through regular one to one meetings, regular performance discussions, career coaching and development as requested, annual performance reviews as per company standards. Assist direct reports with the performance management and development of their teams. Foster a professional environment of encouraging personal and professional development.
• Be part of internal AML framework and participate in regular service review calls with assigned Client(s), CSMs, and other internal departments.
• Champion initiatives within your team, encouraging participation, constructive feedback and idea generation from the team members.
