Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including child custody & parenting, child recovery orders, child relocation, divorce and separation, domestic and family violence,financial agreements, property settlements, spousal maintenance and superannuation splits.
Provide compassionate and personalized legal guidance to clients during what can be emotionally challenging times.
Collaborate with a supportive team of legal professionals dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
Work in a dynamic and engaging environment that fosters professional growth and development.
Make a meaningful impact by helping families navigate complex legal issues and secure their futures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 + years post-admission experience as a qualified lawyer.
Experience in all aspects of Family Law
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Reporting to and working alongside the managing director
Salary: Above market remuneration package: $120,000 - $150,000 + Super + Performance-based financial incentives (Paid quarterly)
Reasonable and achievable billing targets
Flexible working arrangement - Hybrid working (Mix of home and office)
Full-time or Part-time
