The role We?re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Sydney office to work alongside Jo Ruitenberg and Matt Baumgurtel, as part of a collaborative and high performing team . Our integrated New Energy practice is unencumbered by structural legacy issues of traditional firms. We?re looking for someone: With 5 plus years? experience, ideally in a private practice environment; who has Corporate M&A experience; experience in New Energy is ideal, however not essential; with a genuine passion for corporate law and New Energy; who wants a fantastic team culture; and with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
