- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager / Associate Director - Mechanical & Electrical, to join our team in our Caberra office. Supporting our clients to deliver projects and programs for Defence projects.
- The position will be to lead on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) specific deliverables within a larger project or leading direct M&E commissions, such as asset upgrade works.
- The individual must be self-motivated and Client facing (both internal & external) with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients. This will involve establishing early budgets, early estimating, and cost planning, tendering and procurement and post contract duties.
- The role will also include management of other Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the M&E.
- A good knowledge of M&E systems and supply chain is fundamental with the ability to work collaboratively.
