Reporting to the Head of Hotels Optimisation, the Program Manager is responsible for  the establishment, development and successful delivery of a portfolio of initiatives across Hotels, delivering cost reduction targets for the year. 

You'll be an experienced Senior Project Manager or Program Manager, who has worked in operational change/business transformation environments supporting new ways of working. 

This role works directly with alcohol and gaming environments, so you'll need to be comfortable working in this area of industry.

Your New Role

As the Organisational Change Manager you will be responsible for leading the Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability as part of the Leidos project leadership team delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System for Defence.  You will be responsible for driving the OCM outcomes and ensuring the delivery of change and communication strategies and plans, together with associated risk and impact assessments.  The OCM Manager will work in collaboration across the project team and with the strategic OCM partner to successfully coordinate and implement change management activities.

A Day In Life

• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders

• Support the Change Impact Assessment process to assess the impact of change, including people, process, technology and systems to determine requirements from current to future state on the business and define how these impacts will be managed

As the Development Project Manager - Accommodation, you will deliver and manage the Nightcap accommodation renewal program in coordination with our Hotels and Accommodation teams.

You will play a key role in expanding Endeavour Group’s current accommodation market position by converting existing accommodation into the Nightcap brand, including reactivating dormant accommodation sites as well as greenfield developments.

We’re looking for a ANZ Banking and Expansion manager to help drive our growth plans in the region. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role to grow Wise in Australia & NZ, allowing millions more potential customers to save money by using our services.

What will you be doing?

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions (payment schemes, banks, PSPs, card schemes). You will lead commercial negotiations, pitch Wise as a client, complete due diligence processes, maintain strong and active relationships with partners, and ensure the technical teams have what they need to build a successful product for Wise customers.

• Work with the product team to prioritise new product launches, potential product changes and new features in Pacific entities that would have the biggest impact for our customers. You will be one of the product team’s go-to people for regulatory knowledge and engagement where required.

• Identify how to grow Wise in Australia and New Zealand. If we need financial services licences, you will need to help manage the process end-to-end: understand the regulations, prepare, coordinate and submit applications, and get the regulatory buy-in.

• Manage and support the day to day requirements for our current licences, both from a Product and Compliance perspective

• Together with the compliance team, understand existing and new regulations, figuring out the best way in which our product and setup are compliant with them. We see regulation as an opportunity, and we want you to help us achieve that vision! 

• Enhance risk and governance frameworks in the region alongside the Risk, Compliance, and other relevant teams.

• Manage the relationship with regulators and other important non-commercial relationships, such as with government departments.

• Have oversight of Wise’s business operations. Help guide strategy, provide leadership and alignment amongst the various functions responsible for ensuring the good health of the entity.

• Assist the preparation of papers and reports for relevant committees and Board meetings

Your mission:

• Market growth - Help to identify ways to grow Wise in Australia & NZ, then roll up your sleeves and make it happen. If we need a licence, you will be involved in the process end-to-end: understand the regulations, do the application and get the regulatory buy-in.

• Financial services partnerships - Maintain and improve relationships with financial institutions (banks, payment companies, card schemes) and assist commercial negotiations to drive down costs. You will monitor our economics to ensure that our service is competitive; if needed, onboard new Financial Institution partners.

• Strategic initiatives related to expansion - You will identify new / relevant local ways to benefit customers (such as a new local payment method or a new product feature) and implement it. You will also grow our new product offerings by identifying and pitching to relevant businesses in your target markets.

• Governance - Assist with the oversight of business operations, strategic initiatives, operational risk and compliance controls, and inter-company SLA’s.

Lead Cost Manager:

Serve as the lead cost manager for MEP services on assigned projects, ensuring all MEP-related costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentorship and Development:

Mentor and develop junior cost managers and other team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.

Project Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to the MEP cost management team, coordinating efforts to deliver comprehensive cost plans, estimates, and reports. Ensure that the team’s work aligns with overall project objectives and timelines.

Cost Planning and Control:

Develop detailed cost plans and budgets for MEP components at all stages of the project, from initial feasibility through to completion. Implement effective cost control measures to track actual expenditures against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess cost risks related to MEP systems, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Regularly review and update risk registers, and ensure that appropriate contingencies are in place.

Value Engineering:

Lead value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or performance. Collaborate with design teams to optimize MEP designs for cost efficiency and practicality.

Client Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all MEP cost-related matters. Provide clear and concise updates on cost status, forecasts, and potential issues. Build strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all MEP cost estimates and reports. Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards of cost management.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP cost management into the overall project plan. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all parties.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present detailed cost reports, including budget updates, cost forecasts, and variance analyses, to project stakeholders and senior management. Ensure all cost documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

Strategic Leadership:

Lead the MEP cost management team to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Client Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP cost management services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

Utilise extensive knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to provide expert cost advice and innovative solutions. Ensure all MEP estimates are accurate and comprehensive, reflecting current market conditions and technological advancements.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP sector. Develop proposals, presentations, and cost models to support business growth initiatives.
