As the Development Project Manager - Accommodation, you will deliver and manage the Nightcap accommodation renewal program in coordination with our Hotels and Accommodation teams.
You will play a key role in expanding Endeavour Group’s current accommodation market position by converting existing accommodation into the Nightcap brand, including reactivating dormant accommodation sites as well as greenfield developments.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
- Delivery of the national accommodation renewals program
- End to end project management of accommodation renewals, reactivations and greenfield develops including:
- Scoping of projects
- Management of DA process and governance around approvals
- Management of external consultants
- Create and maintain the Nightcap project schedule, linking this with Smartsheet
- Ensure all projects are scheduled, tendered and managed via Procore
- Create and maintain the Nightcap 2.0 Blueprint Kit, containing specifications and standard for all construction and fitout works
- Create a Nightcap cost plan template and maintain in collaboration with the National Cost & Compliance Manager
- Manage project budgets, builders scope of works documentation and contract admin
- Review accommodation design and plans, provide feedback on plans to the external drafters
- Ongoing review of builders ways of working inc. scope, timings, materials and on site costs
- Partner with internal teams including state format operations, accommodation, hotel operations, and marketing
