The Purpose:

The Member Compliance Specialists are an integral role within Scheme Management, liaising directly with AP+’s Members on due diligence and Scheme compliance issues. The purpose of the role is to manage and monitor Member activity in relation to the Scheme Rules and the supporting documents.

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Scheme function and payments industry or similar role.

• Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements relating to the Financial Services industry.

When you join, you'll be thoroughly onboarded with all our systems and processes. By the end of your training, the work will become very familiar and you'll have things like the billing schedules memorised in-and-out, and the process of sending or updating a student’s invoice at the back of your palm!

About the role

The role of the Customer Success Specialist is to engage, empower, and excite our community of crimefighters. As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure both retailers and police, who make up our crimefighter community, have great experiences and achieve real crime reduction outcomes from using our platform.

Through being deeply tactical and using relational engagement you’ll empower our Auror user community to help them derive value from the platform. You do this by building strong relationships with Loss Prevention teams and Loss Prevention leaders, understanding the value Auror can bring to our customers. You will be embedding Auror across stores in Australia’s largest retailers, telling stories through insights and outcomes,  and ensuring they are achieving real outcomes and success in line with the success plan. 

Your responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with store teams and Loss Prevention leaders, partnering with them to support their team's reporting, use and overall success of Auror
• Proactively identifying areas of opportunity to ensure our customers are engaged with Auror, contributing to the creation of engagement plans, ultimately helping them reduce crime and increase safety in their stores
• Reviewing customer usage in the platform, understanding how they are utilising the platform, surfacing wins & outcomes, and then effectively communicating this back to the customer to drive meaningful outcomes
• Training and presenting to large groups of users, and stakeholders remotely or in-person

The Role

As our Director of Privacy and Assurance, based in Australia but with a global outlook, you’ll bring the following skills and experience: 

• Detailed understanding of Australian general privacy principles, concepts and frameworks (Federal and State). 
• Ability to upskill on international privacy regimes (e.g. GDPR).
• Issue identification - ability to conduct risk assessments and convert these into actionable plans.
• Experience in compliance programmes and projects, including working across processes, policies and products.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly, to non-legal stakeholders, including confidently presenting those issues to senior management.
• Understanding and experience of engaging with public sector and external stakeholders concerning data and privacy.

Practically, this will involve: 

The Privacy and Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring Auror remains at the forefront of best practice concerning data and privacy practices, in primarily three ways:

• Internal - working across product and policy teams to ensure external best practice in privacy and data protection is both championed internally and is reflected in product and policies through effective project management. This will also include building capacity on Australiana and international privacy regimes and emerging issues/trends.
• External - Ensuring Auror is up to date on and engaging in relevant international privacy and data protection regimes. This includes supporting internal stakeholders for relevant external engagements (customer, regulator, industry), recommending industry associations and engagement opportunities.
• Hybrid - Shaping the internal and external elements of privacy best practice and product development into tangible materials and outward facing collateral to develop assurance assets.

About you

• You’ll have experience with privacy laws and frameworks, understanding key concepts and obligations, and taking that knowledge into programmatic and pragmatic solutions in a complex organisation.
• You’ll be able to conduct risk assessments and make recommendations on how to keep our products, processes and policies up to date - but also still nimble - in order to provide internal and external assurance while supporting a high growth operation.
• You’ll be mission driven and passionate about the role of technology in society and the part that good data practices play.
• You’re a team player who can work independently and deliver, but contribute to building a strong team culture and know when to escalate issues to gain internal support and direction.

Your Role & Team

Super exciting times for us here at CreditorWatch as we continue to scale our awesome CX team – with that comes a newly created Customer Success Specialist role. This roles sits within our Customer Experience Group and is the driving force behind CreditorWatch, connecting our clients to the heart of our organisation.

This is a true Customer Success role where you’ll be focusing on identifying, supporting and delivering engaging customer experiences across CreditorWatch’s product suite. It’s a phone based retention and acquisition role – including and not limited to onboarding new clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients and providing adoption and product utilisation support. Please note you will work closely with our Corporate and Key Account Clients.

To support you, some of your key stakeholders will include Customer Service, Data and Insights, Product Implementation and System owners to ensure that you have the tools you need to make an impact.

This role reports directly into our Manager, Customer Success. It is a hybrid working model and our office is Melbourne CBD Based.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Proactive, hands-on phone-based account management support; engaging with clients to help them realise value in our products.
• Deliver on-client retention and adoption targets.
• Understand the metrics that matter from the business and clients perspectives; solving problems to continuously improve outcomes delivered.
• Ongoing development and implementation of strategies to improve individual & team performance issues.
• The capturing and qualifying of leads, both for your own pipeline and to pass on to other sales teams.
• Account set up and onboarding of new corporate and key account clients.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years prior Customer Success experience within a Tech or SaaS business.

Are you commercially minded and have strong communication, objection handling and problem-solving skills? If so, these will set you apart and you’ll be well on your way to driving high levels of client satisfaction.Those that thrive in this role will be able to take a holistic approach with our clients – finding gaps and opportunities in turn providing unique and creative solutions to drive high levels of retention whilst limiting churn.

Your Role & Team:

The Decide team are responsible for the core portfolio of data and analytics products of CreditorWatch, including its commercial credit bureau solution.  


What will you be doing?

• Data is at the heart of everything we do and we’re looking for someone to help us grow our data coverage.      

• Working closely with the Decide Product Lead and Senior Data Product Manager to help deliver on our data strategy and meet data targets. Ensure that data-driven solutions are aligned with business and customer goals and deliver measurable value. 
• A proactive role to identify and pursue opportunities to expand our unique trade credit data within existing and new customers, leveraging existing products and exploring new solutions to shape business data needs.

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain product value. Develop and present proposals, product demonstrations, and sales pitches
