We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Specialist to support Kieser's growth across Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role involves developing, executing, and optimising local area marketing activities to build brand awareness and drive enquiries and leads for our expanding network of clinics.
This hands-on role will collaborate with Clinic Leaders across the business to create and implement local area marketing campaign plans across paid, earned, and owned media in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to build awareness and achieve booking conversion objectives.
- Managing a centralised support model for local area marketing campaign planning and delivery.
- Overseeing the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials to ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
- Creating and delivering campaign materials and activities to support the monthly promotions calendar.
- Participating in clinic cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback for successful marketing campaign execution.
- Managing campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Leading the Personal Referral Program through monthly meetings with Clinic PR (Personal Referral) Champs to develop and execute personal referral campaign strategy and activity plans.
- Preparing and analysing campaign marketing reports related to key business growth metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes.
