About the Role:
In this Sales Specialist role, you will actively be responsible for driving growth and sales by always putting customer service level as top priority. Deliver performance targets including upselling our client’s fluid offers and improving overall customer experience.
· Deliver financial performance targets for the accounts within your territory.
· Work collaboratively with Client Managers and Technical BDM to maximize performance of Key Accounts across the portfolio.
· Building effective relationships with your customer base, while always looking out for new opportunities to improve and deliver exceptional customer service.
· Ensuring compliance with our code of conduct and a systematic approach to risk reviews.

About You:
· Demonstrated sales or customer service background within the automotive oil / lubrication or aftermarket trade industry will be highly regarded.
· A natural people’s person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
· You will have basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email and CRM systems.
· Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail
· An organised approach to planning in advance
· An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
· A valid Australian driver’s license and car A MUST
