About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Specialist role is the perfect opportunity for a tenacious person looking to progress in their Marketing career with a company and team that is improving the way industries, communities and the environment co-exist harmoniously.
Roles and Responsibilities
Market Research: Commission and undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing Envirosuite offerings.
Competitor Analysis & Research: Keep track of industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work within a dynamic team of professionals who thrive on results and optimization.
Training and Technologies: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with marketing agencies to report and analyse using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights to guide future marketing decisions.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to marketing team and internal stakeholders.
Email Marketing: Work alongside the Marketing Operations Manager to set up programs through marketing automation to nurture leads, retain existing customers, and drive further conversions.
Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and executing a digital marketing strategy in line with overall global marketing plan.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
SEO Optimisation: Work alongside marketing agencies to improve website visibility in search engine results through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Paid Advertising Management: Plan, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to drive brand awareness, within budget constraints.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
Other duties assigned to you from time to time, such as translations, events support, etc.
Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: $74,000 - $78,000 incl super
