The opportunity:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team on a permanent basis. This role will look after strategic front-end sourcing for Technical and Senior Corporate roles across the mining and heavy industry to further support our just in time recruitment model. We are based in Brisbane CBD and support a flexible hybrid working model. From time to time travel may also be required to some client sites. You will be joining a strong performing team of 5.
What the role entails
• Partner closely with the business to prioritise sourcing efforts aligned to workforce plans
• Develop and execute targeted candidate engagement strategies and engage with candidates in a meaningful way
• Provide market intelligence & insights to deepen and enable Talent Acquisition expertise across the business
• Use data & insights to strengthen employer brand and reach in the market
• Contribute to the development of innovative engagement strategies and processes
What you will need
• 2 plus years of recruitment agency or in house experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Ideally working experience within the mining or heavy industry sector
• Proven ability to successfully develop working relationships across all levels
• Detail orientation, strong planning, organisational, scheduling and coordination skills
