About the Role
• Planning, developing and organising campaigns to support sales and operations objectives
• Advising on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
• Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
• Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
• Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
• Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
• Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
• Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
• Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
• Work cross-functionally to drive business change based on customer feedback.
• Ensure the timely, accurate and appropriate response to internal and external customer queries for all channels.
• Ability to support development and implementation of business strategies with a longer – term focus.
• Sound level of Microsoft Products for use in presentations and communication.
• Strong organisational skills – highly organised, accurate and deadline-driven.

Qualifications
A successful candidate will have the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Advertising Specialist or similar role.
• Ability to provide exceptional support to our carers when they need assistance with anything related to our external clients - Empathy is essential!!!
• A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
• Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• High level of time management and organisational ability.
• Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
