Your key accountabilities: The core capability requirements for this role are: Provide direction and assist in driving the QPS Strategic Plan through the provision of intelligence services to Commands and Regions in the assessment of problem places, cases and issues. Provide high level analytical advice and support to QPS officers in relation to targeting strategies. Plan and prepare complex intelligence assessments in relation to crime and other community safety matters utilising accepted intelligence processes. Establish and maintain effective networks within the QPS and with external partners and stakeholders. Develop and implement effective work practices with a focus on continuous improvement. May be required to provide supervision and direction to other staff members. Role Requirements: Other: A knowledge of online collection techniques will be highly regarded.
