Main duties
• Supervise, support and nurture the children in our care,
• Ensure the environment is safe, interesting and appealing to children,
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to the Nominated Supervisor/ Service Manager in all areas of administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, and any other areas as the need arises,

Role Objective
Develop and deliver a robust global roadmap that unites global and local marketing to deliver greater synergies across consumer and retailer strategies. Review and refine the brand direction and finance management processes to drive business profitability in line with strategic plan. Identify global opportunities across the business to deliver efficiencies, process improvements and strategic planning and resource needs within the marketing function. Responsibilities
•Assist on projects with a focus on systems, process and tools that will enhance financial modelling and P&L oversight as it relates to the brand management function.
