Positions we are looking to fill:

Claims Manager
Reconsideration Officer
Instructing Officer
Claims Financial and Client Services Roles
Claims Income Support Roles

Your new role
APS5 team members will be accountable for claims management work that requires high level cognitive skills, empathy and resilience. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration across teams. All roles have a supportive team to help in delivering outcomes and work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative way. For the opportunity to begin or build on your career supporting employees return to work and federal government operations.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in analysing information, managing risk and using judgement to inform decisions.
Resilient, responsive and collaborative with a proven commitment to individual and team outcomes.
Developed communications, stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
Experience working in service delivery operations.
