We are currently looking for an experienced Product Support Technician (Mobile Cranes) who specialises in Mobile Cranes to join our Perth team. The ideal applicant will have a wealth of technical knowledge, a strong customer focus, and be able to:
Support our Tadano product technically and operationally.
Support new crane deliveries and ensure quality is delivered to the highest standard.
Deliver new cranes with technical familiarisation training.
Maintain customer relationships and attend site where required.
Report quality issues and customer feedback.
Provide high-level customer service.
Skills & Experience
A trade mechanic qualification with 5+ years' experience in the crane industry.
Experience with construction equipment - diagnosing electrical & hydraulic faults.
High level of customer service.
Ability to travel when required.
Previous experience working for OEM Companies. (Advantageous)
Technical knowledge with Tadano products (Highly advantageous)
