Role Overview :
As a Management Accountant at goFARM Australia, you will play a vital role in providing financial insights and support to stakeholders and management.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
Preparation and analysis of various financial data for stakeholders and management.
Monitoring financial performance and conducting vendor performance analysis.
Assisting the finance team in financial reporting and analysis as required.
Contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Support the finance team with additional finance tasks as needed based on demand.
Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analytics, accounting, or economics (3-4 years or more desired).
Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Agricultural background preferred but not essential.
Benefits :
Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per annum based on experience.
