The Head of Department will play a key role in the overall clinical governance of Obstetrics and Gynaecology services, including Annual Performance Reviews and in the development and implementation clinical models of care, consistent with best proactive and quality improvement.

The role

As a Senior Payroll Officer at Retinue, you will be joining a growing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll processing, you will ensure that our clients' payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with tax legislation.

You will not be responsible for calculating employee hours, rates of pay or entitlements, which we consider to be employment relations work and outside the scope of our payroll processing service. You will however be responsible for helping our clients make payroll processing less of a burden and making sense of complex ATO/tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that payroll processing is completed on time, is accurate, and with a focus on providing a hassle-free client experience.
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and reporting requirements of different states and territories.
• Complete superannuation reconciliations and lodgements

How you will make an impact The Payroll Officer is responsible for providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services for Cabrini Health employees. Job Description

As a Senior Multimedia Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Lead design direction for web and mobile apps, managing planning, creation, and maintenance of electronic pages, blending artistry and innovative design principles for multimedia content across various platforms.
Autonomously interpret briefs, originating ideas, collaborating for effective website development, and executing advanced design theories to ensure a seamless client and user journey.
Design and develop digital multimedia presentations, and Internet applications, using varied software, tools and interactive graphics.
Communicate with stakeholders for comprehensive website and app development, ensuring business continuity
Assist in analysing and developing Internet strategies, methodologies, and development plans, fostering creativity and smooth user experiences.
Create design proposals, sketches, mockups, and multimedia content to support websites, social media platforms, and corporate branding, emphasising attention to detail and understanding user behaviours/preferences.
Participate in the end-to-end development process, negotiating design solutions, and aligning design strategies with organisational objectives through collaboration and effective user research.
Conduct user testing sessions, analyse product-user interaction data, and craft multi-channel content and digital marketing materials while overseeing online content distribution to maintain high-quality standards in design and user experience.
Identify areas for improvement, assess website requirements and fulfill any other multimedia design needs, providing guidance in design-project decision-making processes by grasping the app's purpose and target audience.
Design visual and structural layouts, integrating artistic elements and design principles, implementing websites to ensure compatibility within the end-to-end development process of user experience design.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Proven experience in multimedia design, web, and mobile application development.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of user behaviour and preferences.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Townsville University Hospital is expanding the established North Queensland tertiary Maternal Fetal Medicine Service (MFM), increasing our expert clinical support and management, and saving families from expensive and disruptive travel to Brisbane. The Townsville Maternal Fetal Medicine Service is one of the few regional MFM units in Australia and the only MFM Department outside south-east Queensland.

You are invited to experience this exciting opportunity as part of a significant expansion of fetal maternal medicine at North Queensland's largest tertiary hospital. Women and families will be able to access world-class care, closer to home, with the support of multi-disciplinary team including CMFM, sonography, midwifery, health worker and allied health specialist staff.

The Northern Queensland Maternal Fetal Medicine Service is the only service outside south-east Queensland providing a comprehensive range of screening, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to women and families in public and private healthcare sectors.

The MFM team works closely with Neonatal Intensive Care specialists in a large and extremely well supported level 6 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing newborn medical, surgical and transport care for North Queensland.

Requirements:

Qualified as a medical practitioner, and as specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the Medical Board of Australia and either qualifications as a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) subspecialist with Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists or currently in training to obtain MFM subspecialty (MFM training fellow with RANZCOG).
Appointment to this position requires Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropiate supervisor/manager prior to commencement of clinical duties.
Appointment to this position requires subspeciality qualification in MFM with Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists or a current approved training position with RANZCOG as MFM training fellow

Possession of class C drivers' licence.
