About the role:
The organization we are working with is a well-known leading name in its field. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer Manager who would like to work in a dynamic environment. This is a permanent position to join a growing thriving team.

As the Payroll Officer Manager you will ensure everything with a fortnightly payroll runs smoothly, efficiently and remains compliant managing a collaborative team. The role comes with a competitive base salary of $160-180k + super, depending on experience

What will you be doing?

Ensure payroll is executed accurately and on time as per employment awards and legislation
Maintain and implement up to date information on changes to payroll and taxation legislation
Promote and implement new payroll procedures to the team
Identify, establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Provide expert advice to the senior leadership team on payroll issues and suggest relevant updates or solutions.
Ensure the payroll team receive appropriate training and continued learning and provision


About you:

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:


Minimum 2 years previous Payroll Manager experience
Strong experience with payroll systems and implementation of new systems, specifically iChris/Chris21 and Kronos
Strong understanding of awards and interpretation
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external
Strong leadership skills, working collaboratively with various teams within a business

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Campaign Specialist to join our ANZ marketing team on a 14 month contract.

In this role, you’ll generate a qualified sales pipeline and increase brand awareness by delivering targeted marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, web, events, media, direct mail, and more.

You’ll also partner closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, customer success, solutions engineer in ANZ, marketing support teams at EMEA and US HQ in Carpinteria, CA, plus external agencies. 

This role reports to our Head of Marketing, ANZ, and is based out of our Sydney office. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately.  

What you’ll do:

• Plan and deliver omni-channel campaigns and tactical programs to key target accounts and personas that generate qualified sales pipeline through the buyer journey
• Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics and implement measures that optimize conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey
• Manage digital media across multiple channels, including paid social, display advertising, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM)
• Execute email marketing programs, virtual events, webinars, and field events
• Write briefs for creative production and media plans for digital media teams
• Support the development of effective marketing content and assets, with a focus on telling our customers’ stories
• Build tight relationships with sales, ensuring campaign enablement, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement in top accounts
• Support the creation of scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks, with the ability to customize 
• Run A/B tests and optimize specific campaign elements for better performance

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B demand generation / campaign marketing experience, with software/SaaS being preferable 
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling and great attention to detail
• Very strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
• Demonstration of tight marketing and sales alignment and comfortable working with senior management and sales teams
• Experience assisting in the successful organization and coordination of trade shows or market-facing events
• Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns for large accounts using tactics that include web, digital advertising, PPC, content marketing, third-party media, SEO, Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), as well as direct mail, webinars, and events
• Familiarity with core marketing tools: CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Drift), ABM (Demandbase), tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness 
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities as the basis for ABM planning and optimisation

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Ensure that timely follow up takes place on all HSE issues that arise through employee requests, audits and inspections, HSE/Toolbox meetings or incidents.
* Ensure reporting requirements are met for such things as incident reports, Toolbox Meeting minutes, maintenance inspections and repairs and details of pro-active safety measures (drills, JSA’s, corrective actions, etc.) in daily reports.
* Meeting with client’s representative as required to discuss HSE issues.
* Perform field testing, operate and maintain all site equipment that may include, coil tubing units, cement pumping units and associated ancillary equipment
* Troubleshooting - Organise and oversee inspections, diagnosis and maintenance of machinery. Specify and implement alternative solutions to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* Assist the Supervisor to maintain parts and spares inventory to ensure uptime for all equipment is optimised
* Collect and analyse data and assist the Supervisor to plan and organise jobs including the procurement of site specific equipment;
* Conduct operations on site to ensure execution as per job plans;
* Implement maintenance schedules for all related equipment (including, BOP’s, trucks, pumps engines and iron);
* Train crews across;
* Supervise and direct Assistant Operators and Trainees;
* Review and quality assure job reports prior to submission to the Supervisor; and
* Perform other duties as directed
