Annual Salary - $80,000 - $90,000 + super

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced software support for payment solutions (Front to back) offered by WL.
• Troubleshoot software issues reported by WL our customers and partners through our Regional WSA Support, related to terminal payment software & platform: analyze communication traces, application logs, review source code/specifications and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure the quality of requests escalated (defect, enhancement, configuration…) with a deep analysis & conclusion to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Closely work with Operations to mitigate impact on production issues.
• Develop/update tools for troubleshooting or internal use.
• Where appropriate, review, create and distribute guidelines & best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiencies.
• Provide ad-hoc training when necessary.

About the Role

As an implementation specialist you will be working on the development requirement of Department of Education and Training Victoria. The Store Cashier and HR/Payroll Manager multiple roles as follows. Store Cashier, requiring to undertake the banking, balancing of the cash safe and supplying change daily to the Customer Service Department.
As HR/Payroll Support the duties include ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll as well as assisting the Store and Department Managers in the implementation of Human Resources best practice.

In this role you will be Responsible for:
Cashier
o Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to the correct department

? Compilation and completion of Payroll Adjustment form including employee leave, required employee deductions, etc.

The Head of Department role is a key enabler to enhance patient flow by ensuring the appropriate and timely interaction of team members with Emergency Department admissions and Allied Health and other staff to limit the Length of Stay of those admissions whilst under their care. A key role for the Head of Department is the dissemination of information for actioning or decision making amongst the Department and to represent that team at Site and area head of Department meetings.

The Head of Department will play a key role in the overall clinical governance of Obstetrics and Gynaecology services, including Annual Performance Reviews and in the development and implementation clinical models of care, consistent with best proactive and quality improvement.

Your new role As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to processing payroll transactions, onboarding all new employees, resolving discrepancies, ensuring procedures are always followed, superannuation calculations and tax obligations, reconciliations and any other ad hoc duties as required. The role

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join our Finance team at our Prestons site in Southwest Sydney.

Our payroll team are responsible for managing the payroll across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting through to the Group Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Coordination of new employee documents
• Separation of employment activities
• Master file maintenance and updates
• Leave management (Kronos and ConnX)
• Weekly and Monthly payroll processing (MicrOpay)
• Month end reporting

About you

The Role

This newly created role sits within our commercial team, which is an essential part of the future growth success of Ofload.
