The Role
We are currently searching for an exceptional Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and report directly to our Head of Marketing. The position will lead The Missing Link's content & social strategy, development, and distribution across all platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our target audience, and supporting our marketing and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short and long-term
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content
- Oversee social media strategy to enhance The Missing Link's brand presence and engage with the target audience
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful messaging
- Use analytics to track content performance and user engagement, leveraging insights to optimize future content
- Ensure all content is optimised for search engines, increasing visibility and driving organic traffic
- Maintain and evolve The Missing Link's brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a portfolio of work
- Experience with SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Adaptive to change and open to innovative ideas
- Passionate about technology and staying ahead of industry trends
