We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist who is deeply passionate about the AEC-O industry and strongly believes in the potential of Digital twin technology to revolutionise this field. Responsibilities

Grow the overall Autodesk Tandem business in your territory through developing and executing a business plan and growth strategies to achieve team sales and revenue objectives
Qualify inbound leads and identify expansion opportunities across existing Autodesk customers
Collaborate with the broader Autodesk teams to create and drive opportunities within our prioritised target industries and segments
Partner with Customer Success to align on customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Tandem
Develop and lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative, compelling and customer outcome centered
Deliver on quarterly and yearly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to leadership
Develop sales collateral in a variety of formats to share and conduct training sessions with the broader Autodesk sales teams
Utilise sales and CRM tools to optimise your customer engagement strategy and effectiveness
Stay up to date on current industry news, trends, and competitors
Partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into workflow solutions and best practices
Attend and support trade shows and events as needed
Travel to key customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings as requested

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers (Smart Building Technology and/or AEC-O industry strongly preferred)
5+ Years of software sales experience in quota carrying roles
Strong work ethic, highly adaptable, goal and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively both in person and remotely with our Global direct and indirect sales teams
Estimated travel for this position is between 10-20%

Overall Role Purpose As an Airfreight Import Customer Operations Specialist, you will receive training and development in the below responsibilities: Acts as key contact for allocated customers (AFR) Accepts and processes orders for handover to Operations. Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers. Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions. Provides spot quotations and performs up-and cross-selling on inbound customer calls. Pass leads onto our sales department. Manages customer inquiries. Manages customer requests regarding Go Green topics. Takes and manages any customer complaints; solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions. Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document collection. Billing of Air Freight Customs shipments, accurately and timely Accountabilities Customer, Other Stakeholder & Process Monitor and arrange retrieval of general cargo and cold chain shipments from airlines. Submit cargo reports to Australian Border Force Invoicing of externally cleared import airfreight shipments. Interrogate Customs status’ using ICS. Complete corrections to rating errors and AWB’s. Conduct any corrections and adjustments as necessary to Airfreight Import forwarding process. Manage general enquiries as received via email or phone. Lodge intent to claims on airlines for damages. Provide support and back up to fellow team members where required. Additional tasks as instructed by Department Manager / Supervisors. Skills / Qualifications Minimum three (3) years previous experience in Shipping/International freight forwarding industry in airfreight operational roles (advantageous)/ Import operational roles (advantageous).
