A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide great customer experience. 
• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities. 
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. 
• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags. 
• Support customer purchases and returns in the register. 

Lodge new insurance claims for our customers and intermediaries Determine coverage through exploratory questioning, policy interpretation and using judgement and analysis to make informed decisions Elevate the customer experience through setting clear expectations of the claim process and effectively communicating how the claim will be managed Negotiate and obtain collection of customer excess including appropriate education of payment options Accountable for financial outcomes impacting claims costs through application of correct policy limits, applicable laws and leveraging preferred suppliers/repair methods Respond to and manage customer, supplier and repairer and third-party enquiries on existing claims via customer channel of choice with a focus on cost management and progressing and finalising the claim Respond to and manage claim activities; customer, supplier and repairer correspondence and complaints within agreed timeframes and obligations Ensure information provided to the customer is clear, complete and accurate based on sound knowledge and understanding of claim policies, processes and their intent Ensure claim review is completed on each claim touch; liaise with suppliers and repairers to ensure timely replacement and/or repair experience for our customers and claim is progressed efficiently, actively contributing to overall reduction of customer life of claim and effective financial management Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and participate in their testing, in order to contribute to the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Claims function Accountable for decision making within policy guidelines and delegations of authority to deliver best outcome for the customer and the organisation Appropriate and professional workplace behaviours, assist other team members and willingly undertake other key responsibilities and activities to contribute to overall portfolio health Demonstrate responsibility for own personal development and professional learning goals and actively participate in performance review process in conjunction with direct Leader

Lead, organize, and manage business operations for the global Sales function, including handling executive-level special projects and working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other global functions and business teams. The global Sales function interacts with virtually every aspect of the company, with some members embedded within other teams. • Lead and drive operational aspects of the function, including global budget management, operational dashboards, monitoring and measurement of communications activities.
• Work directly with global sales leadership teams to drive special projects, organizational development, and strategy. Track KPIs and work with leadership team to ensure successful outcomes.
• Work closely with the broader sales leadership team and other company executives to ensure alignment of strategies, objective and activities; manage special projects and events as needed.
• Ensure best practice implementation and operational excellence across entire function.
• Drive consistent communications of priorities, activities, and results to team and relevant company stakeholders. Support presentation and reporting needs for the Sales function.  
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the annual objectives and coordinate organization-wide goals. Report quarterly accomplishments.
• Help support and lead purpose and culture of team and company.

About the Job

The Investment Data Team is a newly established operational capability within Rest’s Investments Services and Transformation organisation.  Investment Data supports all components of the data, reporting and analytical needs for our growing Investment business.  

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for daily monitoring and data quality checks across the data ingestion and mastering processes to ensure that data is accurate, timely and usable by our Investments team each day.

As a Data Analyst you will support the team by maintaining and validating Investment data, overseeing Investment databases and systems, and assisting in ensuring that data sets are sourced, governed, mapped, ingested and transformed to feed the reports and dashboards utilised by the Investments team.

The Data Analyst will ensure accurate information is stored and reported, maintaining automated reconciliation and validations in REST's systems, monitoring for discrepancies, and investigating causes to ensure data sets are complete and accurate for use in reporting, analytics and dashboards.
