As a high performing Regional Sales and Operations Manager, you will be able to proactively

Role and Responsibilities
• Review and approve sales and service quotes.
• Review and approve sales project scope to ensure it is executable by existing personnel.
• Achieve subsidiary and regional sales and service revenue goals.
• Manage sales, service, applications, and accounting personnel. Includes
completing/delivering all personnel reviews, promotions, and salary actions for all service
personnel with the approval of the Director of International sales.
• Process sales salary and commissions as determined by the Director of International Sales
• Prepare new and replacement headcount proposals, perform interviews, and provide
onboarding.
• Coordinate requisitioning of tools required by personnel, including laptops, printers, service
tools, and mobile phones.
• Manage and fulfill training needs for new and existing personnel.
• Evaluate regional offices and physical locations’ needs, prepare proposals, and request
headquarter approval.
• Determine local inventory needs (spare parts, consumables, work in progress, and demo
instruments), prepare proposals, and seek approval from Director of International Sales.
• Oversight of Company profitability and balance sheet with the intent to maximize
profitability while minimizing local asset needs and long-term debt.
• Coordinate the evaluation of customer credit worthiness with headquarters’ Finance
Department.
• Determine ANZ region marketing needs, including conference and trade show participation,
sales collateral, and campaigns.
• Provide the company income statements (sales and profitability) and balance sheets
(Inventory, long-term payables and retained earnings) to the Director of International Sales
as needed.
• Report the rolling ANZ sales forecast to the Director of International Sales monthly.
About You
• At Least 3-5 years’ experience.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
