As a Senior Mobility Engineer you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Customers EMM systems with minimal direction; and you will have a focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience to Datacom’s EMM customer base

What you’ll do

As Senior Mobility Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Escalation point of contact for customers and team members
• Using tools and processes to deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs
• Creation of design documents (HLD, DDD and LLD)
• Build customer environment using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Build customer environment using VMware WS1
• Provide technical leadership for major incidents
• Ensure all tickets are up to date with detailed descriptions of actions taken and information in a timely manner
• Ensure all systems are built to agreed processes and design (e.g. Build guides)

We're seeking a customer focused Service Desk Analyst, who’s ready to step into the role of Service Desk Team Lead, to join the newly established Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. As a Service Desk Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT support service to our internal staff while being mentored by the IT Operations Manager as you begin your career in IT leadership. As our Service Desk Team Lead you will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the Service Desk team, providing guidance and mentorship

About the role:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our us and support a broad team of qualified technical consultants responsible for design and documentation. This role covers Mechanical building service systems and provides support in areas of commissioning and operations. Supporting in procedural and process management as well as analytical coordination with peering groups covering Property Management, Project Management and HSE.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate across Engineering, Construction, Facilities, and ICT groups to ensure delivery and operations of optimised data center solutions, services and functionality, therefore facilitating growth and scalability of our core business.
• Perform mechanical engineering design which may include engineering drawings, calculations, reports, design criteria, to support engineering projects.
• Perform calculations to analyze and design mechanical system components.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of mechanical systems and materials.
• Contribute to the development of mechanical systems, through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project documents and client presentations pertaining to specific project deliverables.
• Deliver tender and For Construction design documentation with assistance from consultants.
• Ensure all mechanical system architectures are designed in accordance with industry best practice method being applied for industrial controls systems adopted within critical infrastructure & utility environments.
• Assist in the new projects and upgrade activities, through lifecycle management, ensuring continual resilience and accuracy of data center system control platforms.
• Work in collaboration with internal business verticals including Operational Site Management teams and Technology teams to ensure all generational improvement, enhancement and training deliver optimised and functional outcomes.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline, preferably with data center or industrial buildings experience. 4 - 6 years' experience in engineering consultancy
• Knowledge of building services design installation and operation.
• Ability to document engineering principles via drawing and specifications.
• Display key personal qualities including the ability to work remotely, be a team player and exhibit excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Display a strong commitment to customer service with a focus on deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, in particular).
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Navisworks, REVIT or similar CAD programs

In your role as Engineer you'll play a key role in building an exciting greenfield project to deliver our audacious digital audio strategy while also helping maintain and evolve our existing set of applications. 

Working in a small autonomous Agile squad, you’ll be crafting world-class high performance mobile and web applications & interfaces while actively working to build your skills in React Native.

This role suits someone who is interested in working across both web and mobile, with a primary focus on mobile development using React Native. You should be willing to deep dive into other areas including Swift and Kotlin (within the context of a React Native app).
