Role purpose

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Who you are?  

You are a hands-on marketer currently working client-side or at an agency. You have experience in several marketing disciplines such as brand, events and PR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build Lyka’s consumer/industry trade show and events strategy. You will also assist in the implementation of the brand strategy. The role works closely with Lyka’s in-house creative team as well as cross-functional teams such as R&D and Product.  If you have a growth mindset and love the implementation process this role could be a great fit for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team in Sydney as a quantitative Consultant or Senior Consultant and be at the forefront of innovation and impact. As a key part of our consulting team, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the research and insight process, you will use your expertise to design, manage, and report on projects that make a real difference.

Responsible for delivering projects end to end, you will work with a diverse range of clients and to deliver meaningful insights that truly make waves.

With your excellent quantitative research skills and amazing analysis skills, you'll tackle projects like a pro. You bring solid marketing know-how, you have a knack for adding richness to stories through data curation, and you seamlessly blend complementary sources such as cultural analysis and quant insights into your work. You'll translate complex findings into impactful insights and strategies that set our clients on the path to success.

All while working alongside passionate, experienced and strategic team that will help you stretch your craft and client skills.

ABOUT YOU
You hold a university degree in your area of expertise. With 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or commercial environment, you've honed your skills in qualitative research. You have fine-tuned expertise in quantitative research, marketing, psychology or social science fields. 

You have a track record of executing projects with ease, backed by solid analytical abilities. You're not afraid to think outside the box and explore new ideas, using your creativity and innovation to solve complex challenges with our clients.

As an up-and-coming leader, you excel at collaborating with your team, mentoring others, and guiding clients to success.

Goal orientated and hungry, you are excited to join a team that has big ambitions, growing quickly, and you are keen to muck in and work alongside a highly collaborative, supportive and high performing team.
