Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identify growth strategies in existing customers of Logwin and actively develop the business spending with us
- Developing a business development strategy for key vertical markets and execute with set sales targets
- Planning, organising and managing sales and marketing campaigns in line with local, global and regional sales initiatives
- Approach and re-gain lost customers
- Liaising with the existing external and internal resources in the branches nationally / overseas to ensure the sales drive is optimised
- Building a qualified pipeline of logistics customers across various industries to achieve both long & short term objectives
- Continue to be involved with and maintain specific key account customers.
- Lead the trade lane development with selected target countries, particular India
Preferred profile:
- A successful track record in business development or key account management in international freight forwarding
- Minimum 5 years industry experience preferred
- Experience in active trade lane development
- Has a drive for results: Can be counted on to exceed goals and very bottom- line oriented.
- Strong on building lasting business relationships on various organizational level of our customers
- Confident and clear communication both verbal and written
- Critical-thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Good problem-solving skills –able to prioritise client relationships which maximise value for the branch.
