With over 10 years serving the Australian education sector, Compass is well known and loved amongst K-12 schools and we need you to help drive further success.

Your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer support and training to our clients, utilising various mediums such as video calls, face-to-face classroom-based training, and webinars. By doing so, you will empower schools to enhance parent engagement, reduce administrative burden, and allocate more time towards delivering enriching learning experiences.

Responsibilities & Duties:

You will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers for training of platform to end users, as well as post-go-live support.
• Coordinate and conduct high-quality onsite product demonstrations and training sessions to both small and large audiences.
• Provide a high level of support for customers transitioning from other products.
• Collaborate with the Product team to successfully implement any configuration changes and product enhancements necessary to address priority customer issues.
• Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the development of new products, and marketing and sales strategies.
• Encourage satisfied customers to make referrals to peer schools.
• Manage overall workflow for implementation & training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to the conclusion.
• Have comprehensive knowledge and confidence across our product suite.
• Identify opportunities to sell customer schools additional modules.

Here’s why we need you…

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our established AU Support team. At Compass, great support is at the heart of our market-leading customer service, and so you will be a key part of a dynamic and fast-growing team.

In this role there are opportunities for rapid progression and exposure to other parts of the organisation for the right candidate.

What you’ll do:

You will join the Compass AU Support function in our Perth Office, working with the Support Manager & Support Team Leads, to ensure that our schools are provided with the service they need to get the most out of the Compass platform.

Specifically, you will:

• Provide solutions to schools by responding to their requests and solving their problems as they arise.
• Manage communications through a range of channels - including live chat, emails, and phone calls.
• Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to escalate customer inquiries as required.
• Draft and maintain knowledge base resources such as help articles and videos relating to all parts of the Compass platform.

• Support is always there: We know a new role can be stressful which is why the support will still be there even after you leave training.

• Uncapped Commissions: You perform- we pay!! Earn monthly commissions on top of your base salary. OTE's will have your earning $80k+ per year.

• Answer inbound calls from small business owners where you will represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services. 
• Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle 
• Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
• Take ownership, withhold confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances 
• Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required

• Unlimited earnings: Start on a $50,500 base, after 6 months move to 52k+ super, with uncapped commissions paid fortnightly and realistic sales targets, first year easily earning an OTE of $80k+. Our high performers are earning closer to $190k
