Ballet Makers Inc., also known as Capezio, based in New Jersey USA, is one of the world’s largest dance wear brands and has been a family business since 1887. Currently with offices in USA, Europe, China and Australia.
Our business is mainly wholesale, supplying independent retail stores throughout the world. We have several corporate retail stores in USA, London and Melbourne, as well eCommerce platforms in USA, Europe and Australia. Our products are predominantly footwear, apparel and accessories for almost all forms of dance.
Currently we are seeking a qualified Software Engineer to take our business IT infrastructure to the next level in our Australian branch. The position is located on the Mornington Peninsula and this will be a full-time role.
The salary range for this position will be $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation.
The applicant must have extensive experience in systems architecture with a proven track record of successfully integrating ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce and POS systems. High level experience in Database Management and Crystal Report writing will be essential in optimizing, linking and drawing information from the company’s various systems.
Ideally applicants already have a deep knowledge of some, or all, of the following systems: Sage 300 ERP, HighJump WMS, Magento eCommerce and Retail Pro POS. They must be able to work autonomously, modify and optimize current systems and design new applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as much of this critical role will focus on training and end user documentation for IT and general operational procedures. This is essentially a hands on role often requiring working closely with staff in our Mornington warehouse and office.
