Layers Bakery is now looking for a passionate and reliable Head Pastry Chef to join our team.
Qualification & Experience
Pastry chef qualification required
A minimum of 1 year or more verifiable work experience as Head Pastry Chef
Experience in making cakes, entremets, macarons, chocolates..
Must be passionate, hard working and creative
Tasks & Responsabilities
Daily production of all cakes, entremets, chocolates, biscuits, chocolate decorations..
Create new desserts according to the season
Create specials every months
Ability to lead a team
Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.
Be punctual, reliable and have good organization skills
5 day working week: Tuesday to Friday 6:00am 2:30pm; Saturday 6:00am 11:30am

Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
