We are looking for enthusiastic Shift Managers to join the team at our Brunswick Street Mall. We have a variety of CASUAL & PART TIME positions available including area and shift management.

We are a 24 hour business which means we can offer flexibility to suit your availabilities. Days and hours may change and vary to meet the needs of the restaurant. This position falls under the Fast Food Industry Award.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• As a Shift Manager you are responsible for delivering outstanding QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.
• Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.
• Comply with restaurant safety & security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
• Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant.

Are you a detail-oriented professional who can maintain a library of content that is both informative and accessible? 

In this role you will be responsible  for the production, training, and embedding of knowledge about our products, the customers they serve, and how they function in practice. Your primary focus will be on internal users, but you will also play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of external content.

What you'll do

Produce and Maintain Content Library 

• (Non-Technical Product Definitions) Maintain and publish library of content that internal users can access that is an easy and reliable way to understand what scenarios we can and can’t support on all of our products, what qualifying and approval criteria, how our products function. 

• (Technical Product Definitions) Maintain technical product definitions and make available to relevant users (e.g. Technology, Business Process etc) 

Pro-actively embed Product knowledge  

• Facilitate knowledge transfer / Learning and Development in various formats where required (e.g. Classroom Training, 1:1 Training, written / verbal etc)  

• Support/develop programs to assist new starters (and others) to get requisite product knowledge. 

• Support/Develop any assurance programs aimed at ensuring that we are accurately representing our products to market both on and off platform 

Facilitate Product Updates / change 

• Reviewer and approver of content produced in support of training and development  

• Support pre and post go-live / GTM related activities where product definitions  

• Pro-actively escalating unresolved ambiguity in product definitions for decisions to be made

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the financial performance of our Lending product, providing both regular in-depth analysis and ad-hoc assessments to ensure we're always ahead of the game.
• Develop and maintain critical financial performance metrics, including Cost + Return on Capital, Cost to Acquire and Serve, and more. Your work will be the compass guiding our product's financial journey.
• Conduct thorough analyses of value drivers influencing product performance, encompassing Channel/Introducer Performance, Cost Analysis, Customer Behavioral Insights, and Churn/Closure Patterns.
• Your recommendations will be at the forefront of our market strategy, as you research and propose alternative interest rate and fee structures to keep us competitive.
•  Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of competitor pricing and feature set information, providing our internal teams with a strategic edge.
