7 11 Belmont North is looking for a Retail Store manager for its face paced 24 hour service Centre
The position requires someone with at least 3 years experience in Retail managing staff and store. Ideally you will also have at least a Bachelor Qualification in a related area such as Business Administration or Business Management.
Daily duties will require
o Ordering stock
o Rostering staff
o Maintaining sufficient staff levels
o Training and leading staff in procedures and policies
o Coaching staff to ensure everyday excellence
o Ensuring WHS policies are followed
o Stocktaking, weekly and monthly
o Maintaining cash flow statements
o Ensure customers are attended to, putting the customer first
o Set up and maintain monthly promotions and layouts
o Leading and coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence
o Drive profitability and minimise costs, expenses and waste
o Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
In order to meet these responsibilities and to be considered for the position you must have at least 3 years experience in the retail industry at Management level and full availability. As the store is open 24/7 you will be required to work a variety of shifts including some weekend and nights shifts every month.
Salary is paid at above award of between $70000 and $75000 depending on qualifications and experience.
