Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Chef at Dumpling Alley, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Dumpling Mastery: Showcase your expertise in exquisite crafting dumplings, including the legendary Xiao Long Bao, with meticulous attention to flavour and presentation.
2. Ingredient Selection: Work with a wide array of fresh ingredients, ensuring they are prepared and presented to perfection for our customers to enjoy.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an exceptional dining experience by creating dumplings and dishes that reflect the rich traditions and flavory of Chinese cuisine.
4. Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of our team and guests.
5. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment by working closely with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Experience in Chinese crafting dumplings, especially Xiao Long Bao, is preferred but not mandatory.
• A deep appreciation for Chinese culinary traditions and a passion for delivering authentic flavour.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Dumpling Alley's unique cooking style and standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and ensure seamless operations.
