In order for you to be successful in the role, you must have:

• Extensive knowledge of payments and how they are used by financial institutions, retailers, and Australian businesses.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a payments, fintech or financial institution.
• Commercial/Product/Digital leadership experience managing teams with different functions.
• Ability to present compelling sales presentations to drive greater strategic alignment.
• Experience developing and building commercial relationships and in developing and refining key account plans.

About the Role

Working closely with the Senior Executive Team, program development and grant writing teams, this is a strategic opportunity for an experienced engagement and philanthropy professional to establish a new function at Djirra. In establishing this function, you will both have strategic and operational responsibilities.  

A key part of this position is to drive the development and implementation of Djirra’s engagement and philanthropy strategy, including building on existing, and establishing new strategic partnerships with donors, universities (internships, research etc) and philanthropic organisations that support Djirra’s vision.

As Junior Technical Support Advisor you will work closely with our app partners during their development phase with our API, guiding them through the most effective and efficient method based upon their individual product needs. You will be working with a growing team of technical support and integrations specialists across a number of projects from individual schools through to state-wide education department rollouts.

• Decrease incoming volume by striving toward first contact resolution and proactively onboarding and advising schools and apps on best practice

earLAB is looking for a client-focused hearing care professional to join our team of specialists working to assist clients of all ages with their ear hygiene, hearing assessment and hearing protection. A permanent, part time role has become available for up to 3 days at our Richmond clinic.

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate flexibility in their work schedule, including the ability to work on Saturdays.

The key daily responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Assessment of the ear using video otoscopy
• Wax removal using aural microsuction
• Comprehensive hearing assessment
• Custom hearing protection and In Ear Monitors selection and fitting
• Ability to take deep full shell ear impressions process that require captuing as much information (please note differ to ear impressions taking for hearing aids)
• Taking meticulous ear impressions for custom hearing protection and custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs)
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, occupational health specialists, and community organisations to raise awareness about hearing health and implement preventive measures

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate

The role would suit a hearing professional (Audiometrist or Audiologist (or equivalent)) who has experience with manual extraction of earwax (forcep and curette, aural microsuction), taking ear impressions and conducting hearing assessment. Training will be provided to complement existing expertise.
