The Greenbushes project is located in the picturesque South West region of Western Australia in the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes. Our client, Talison Lithium, is the world’s leading lithium minerals concentrate provider and the Greenbushes project is recognised as containing the world’s highest grade and largest hard rock deposit of the lithium mineral spodumene. Macmahon is pleased to deliver surface mining operations at the project from 01 July 2023. Macmahon is seeking expressions of interest for Auto Electricians to join the Greenbushes team. These positions will be offered on a roster 2:2 roster, with opportunity to be on a residential basis for applicants living within a 30-minute radius of the Greenbushes Mine Site as a residential role, or camp based accommodation.  : Machines onsite include:  •    Excavators: Hitachi EX3600 & Hitachi EX2600 •    Trucks: Caterpillar 785; Caterpillar 777 & 785 Water Trucks •    Loader: Caterpillar 988 & 992  •    Dozers: Caterpillar D10T •    Graders: Caterpillar 16M To be successful you will have the following skills and experience: •    Australian recognised Trade Certificate •    Aircon Licence  •    Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment – especially Caterpillar & Hitachi •    Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting / interpretive skills •    Previous experience in the mining industry or small to medium scale operations Employee Benefits: •    Competitive remuneration & rewards  •    Ongoing career development opportunities – Challenge.
