Part of your day-to-day will involve entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself and other areas of the business.
