The role
We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our Sales team based in North Sydney, NSW on an initial 6-month contract.
Reporting to our Sales Operations Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in the administration, configuration, and support of the Dynamics 365 CRM system. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the CRM system meets the business requirements and is effectively utilised to enhance customer relationship management.
About you
Along with proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator, the successful candidate must have:
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
- Proficient in system customization, configuration, and data management.
- Excellent communication and people skills and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE fundamentals certifications are a plus, not essential
