About the role:

As a central point of contact for support workers and participants, the Relationship Manager role is core to what makes Hearth different to other support providers.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Creating and continuously developing relationships between participants, their family, and support teams
• Maintaining relationships with support coordinators, house supervisors, and other relevant community and external stakeholders
• Lead and support the Support Worker teams to provide responsive, person-centered care that enables participants to progress toward their individual care plan goals
• Coordinating a weekly staff roster for each participant and proactively resolving rostering issues.
• Accurate case noting and client reviews that reflect forward planning in line with the participant's NDIS plan.
• Compliance with Hearth policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and detailed, timely incident reporting

• Minimum 2 years experience working as a case manager in community services, welfare support, disability support or social work (essential)
• A relevant qualification in community services, welfare support, disability support or social work (desirable)
• Proven experience delivering high quality client-centred service that is targeted and relevant to their NDIS goals
• A Professional level of administrative and business communication, including case noting and report writing
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of resilience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and employee rostering systems
• Own car and driver's license

About the role

Team Global Express is currently seeking experienced and qualified Forklift Operator to commence immediately on the PM shift at our Altona North depot.  This is a Full Time, Permanent Opportunity to join our team and apply your experience by coordinating and loading our general freight for our interstate and regional customers and clients.

The Recruitment Coordinator role is vital to building the culture of our organisation by attracting and choosing the right candidates to support our participants.

You will have input in developing our broader Recruitment strategy & workforce planning while managing the recruitment & onboarding of quality Disability Support Workers for Regional Victoria.

Working in a small & supportive team, your role at Hearth will include volume recruitment, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and getting support workers ready to start work.

About this opportunity

This role will primarily revolve around supporting the selling of the Viscount Intellicrate®, Nally Folding Megabin®, Nally Megabin® and other existing products and services within the Supply Chain Solutions range to new and existing customers; Including developing markets and opportunities in external customers and within industries such as fresh produce, protein, dairy and others.

The role will include market analysis/research for NBD activities together with team participation and team leadership roles in cross functional projects.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Establish long lasting relationships at VIC & TAS based ALDI, Woolworths and other Retail DC’s.
• Review and assist with the establishment of appropriate strategy positioning of selling price, selling structure and gross contribution.
• Developing new business by generating, following up leads and initiating customer contact.
• Forecasting and working closely with operations and customer service to ensure supply continuity.
• Understanding and/or reporting on activity impacting demand within growing regions and market segments.
• Participation, development and contribution toward market research and intelligence.
• Assisting with initial product ideas for pooling and seeking opportunities to grow the Asset Management/Pooling business stream.
• Support the implementation of new products and services.

Your skills and experience

• Strong communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak to all levels of stakeholders involved.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through issues arising.
• Negotiation and Persuasion Skills – using tact and diplomacy always, knowing when to compromise and when to take a stand, in order to persuade.
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills
• High competency working with Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM software.
