hands-on experience in a similar technical role, demonstrating expertise in data storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, DAS, and cloud storage.
Proven track record of designing and implementing data storage solutions in complex environments.
In-depth knowledge of data protection, disaster recovery planning, and backup technologies.
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies, including VMware and Docker
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation with effective collaboration abilities for both internal teams and external clients.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to embrace extensive travel, approximately 75% of the time, to engage directly with clients and ensure the successful implementation of storage solutions.
